    tipoc, Very good info. Sometimes we get caught up in being overly protective of our aging beauties. The M19-6 I bought is as-new now, and as my wife can attest, I'm "obsessive" in keeping all my guns clean

    Just curious, Has anyone tried "plating" or other coating in the top-frame area to keep the flame cutting in that area to a minimum? I now have a New/Old stock model 19-6 and hope to keep it from self-destruction, while still being able to shhot it monthly. I mainly use my own lead bullet...

    Shooting Big Dogs With Handgun Ammo

    I have dispatched several car-struck deer (not hit by me) with 9mm-HP Corbon. One shot back of head - instant dead. Also one 80-90 lb. dog, injured and dieing. .44mag HP, one head shot dead. As with any subject, shot-placemnt is the key.

    Its a Miracle 19-3
