I'm left eye dominant and shoot my pistols right handed and aim with my left dominant eye, but with the 15-22 I still shoot right handed and aim with my right eye which seems to work for me. I don't know if I could shoot a rifle left handed just so I could aim with my left dominant eye?

I finally went to the range today and put 400+ rounds through my (blue star on back of manual) M&P 15-22 and it performed very well with only two FTF's. They were standing straight up and wedged in the last 1/4" of the mag. I really think it was my careless and speedy loading of the mag that...

I think it's very easy not to notice when loading the mag if one of the rounds does not stagger back and forth like they are supposed to be. I had to reload my mag a first, second, and third time before it looked right. Like I've read elsewhere in these forums, you have to pull down the load...

I took some pics of mine and it appears the star means it has been updated to new specs. The extractor looks like it is now designed more inward and does not appear to have been manually tweaked. I'm not sure about the feed ramp being polished. I had to take about 60 pics to get some good ones...
