I called and they will not warrant the pistol as it was a police tradein. The trigger baer guide post broke off at the pin hole so I know exactly what the problem is....I have 3 sw99's of different configurations. Just gotta find the part.
I'll give it a try. Thanks. I can probably use the 9mm one if I have too. If I could just get a look at a Walther one it might work. I am sorry I like the pistol so much. I can fix it myself if I have too. I have already thought od 3 different ways to reenginner the piece to insert a pin to push...
I have A SW99 in 40sw and the trigger/sear assmbly has broke. The front right tip that has the pin that forces the trigger bar down to release the stiker broke off. So now the pistol is inoperative. Both SW and Walther have told me to F off and niether will sell me the part. Numrich has them in...
My SW99 is one of my favorite pistols but the striker release has failed. The trigger will pull the firing pin back but will not release it. It will cock the pin when the slide is racked and the decock button will release it but the trigger just releases the striker and it rides the trigger...
I picked up a set of new SW rosewood targets in the blister pack for the N frame SB. My friends were debating the value and as I don't need them right now I am leaving them in the package.
Anybody have an idea what they are going for these days?
I picked up a 629-4 that is missing the front sight. It is missing the blade, pin and I believe a plunger and spring but I cannot find a parts diagram for this model. It has a small pin whole perpendicular to the barrel but has a rather large while in the front of the sight base right above the...
No, I didn't get the box or any accessories but the gun is near perfect. It has a light line around the cylinder and a couple of spots(really they are so small I should call them specks) on the left side of the frame just above the trigger. It has no holster wear at all, and timing is perfect.
I just picked up a M19-3 in about 95% condition. T-T-T, with the Smooth target grips, SN 2K86XXX. I have not had a P&R SW in a while. Just curious when this one was made and what they are going for these days?
I sent my new SW40VE to Frank Smith for a trigger repair. He did his usual good work. From what I can tell, he did not do much polishing at all on the sear block. I have polished them myself before inside and out, but this one looked untouched. One thing he did do was take down the striker...
There is a little copper colored flat spring spring that sits inside the frame in front of the trigger. Take the slide off and look down into the frame in front of the trigger. It is L shaped and has a small rivet in the front of it. If it is bent back, toward the magazine well, it will cause a...
I have been looking for a 40 caliber Sigma in the middle or west Tn area. I can order new pretty cheap but I was hoping to find one with several mags and NS, or at least cheap enough to beat retail. Prefer one that has not had any trigger work as I like the DA style. Also will consider a 9mm in...
I picked up a 66-2 that has some odd markings on it. On the left side above the trigger and right behind the yoke axle on the frame is what looks like a sideways crown followed by a small Z, then a space , then a capitol IC, then a zig zag line that could be a antler or something but kinda looks...
