Im sure that with all of the color photos I sent them, if the gun had been altered, they would have said something. They described how it left the factory, and State in fact It is a NYPD revolver.

357 NY State Police model Value? I received my letter from Smith & Wesson today. It states this 357 is indeed a New York State Police model, basically a forunner to the model 13. Can anyone tell me about what it is worth? Attached is a scan of the letter from S&W.
