Ha! Thanks! Where can I find older revolvers? Getting a revolver thats my age is actually a pretty good idea. Im torn between the 19 or a performance center. I already own the 686 which I absolutely love.

I should have asked in my OP. Is the Performance Center stuff worth it for revolvers?

Bday coming up, figure'd I would treat myself to a new revolver. I have always liked the model 10 and model 19. I also wouldn't be opposed to a 9MM. Im open to all and any suggestions.

Gotcha. I have the 2.0 so Id need a plate. I have been told a good quality plate (dogtag) by Calculated Kinetics is suppose to be great

Don't you need a plate for the 407 as well? I thought the SCS was the only direct mount?

I like the co-witness option as well as the no plate needed. Some people say when switching over to optics. It's actually better to not co-witness because that front site will be a little bit more distracting. Not sure how true that is.
