Oh no i wasn't talking about rules, i was talking about where the form goes and who has copies...Majorlk are you saying that when you fill out the form, that every state has to send a copy to the feds?

I do not believe every state sends the form to fed, all ffl have to keep the form in a binder in their filing cabinet but the nics back round check says nothing of the type of firearm..Yes i know Conn is one of the worst for all of this......

I believe original purchase receipt also carries the warranty...if it has your name on it..

Don't soak the polymer with it,they keep it in a plastic jar, so it probably won't hurt if you slosh a bit...
