Yep... I've recently became quite an expert on the 1911!!!

I put a few rounds thru it today with the new grips and did notice the trigger guard pounding on my finger, so maybe the T-grip is in order.I do roll my own, 158 swc with 3.5 grs Bullseye, I may try a lighter load to see how that does before adding the T-grip.

From these to these,I like the S&W grips much better.

That's a thought bamabiker, I'm going to to try getting the price a little lower so maybe if I get both they will work with me.

Yeah, the 19 would be a great companion to my 19-3 with 6" bbl. Wish I could afford both!

Beautiful gun, I picked up my first Model 60 recently and it is quickly becoming one of my favorites, no box or papers, and the grips had been replaced with Pachmars, but I picked up a nice set of original grips on ebay. Enjoy!
