    Model 10-5 ship date

    Hi I have a beautifful 10-5 with original matching numbered grips that I picked up at a pawn shop. Its serial number is C7453XX. Could anyone give me the DOB or date of shipment. Linde thinks it could be 1965 but is not sure. Thank you

    Gun Show Find 18-2

    Smith model 17 vs 18 I'm just curious but why would a model 18 be more accurate than a 17 or vice versa. Does it just depend on the indivdual gun?
