    My g/f has a pink talo 15-22 but the rear sight windage knob is stuck. Is there a special trick or am I just an idiot? Any help would be appreciated.

    I am looking at buying a 15-22. I live in the GREAT state of NJ which does not allow the collapsible stock. My question is can you swap out the evil collapsible stock for a standard M-16/AR-15 stock?
