My first was a 3 inch M36 I bought back in early 80's. I gave it to my daughter a couple of years ago when there was some demonstratiion stuff in Ashland, Or. going on. I miss the revolver, but it went to a good home and cause.
I have a 32 Winchester and a 32 WCF CTG. Still looking for a 32-20. I had a nickel one, but I just don't care for nickel so i sold it. I like the caliber so much that last year converted a 310 Martini Cadet into 32-20. I reload for the caliber and really enjoy shooting it. Great thread...

Years ago I got a couple revolvers lettered at $50 each. Just can't bring myself to spend $100 per revolver unless it really something special. It is great information, though.
Well, just got an offer to buy the revolver. Going to town anyway, so will get to see it and check it out. Thank you for your help. Is there any source for years of manufacture?
JP@AK, thank you for the date. I don't know if friend will change the grips or not. He did mention that he was going to get the lanyard ring, so when I tell him about the grips he might change them. Where did you find the date information?
Thanks for the replies. It was ordered from Lee by a gun store in my area. Fast shipping, three days, but it was directly from Lee company. I will go to the store tomorrow and see if we can't get it replaced.
He hasn't had a chance to look for a sn on the grips, but it was my understanding that some of the early ones still had the diamond grips. I actually bought last spring one at a gun show that had the diamond grips and they did not match the revolver and I put a set of smooth grips and replaced...
Friend just bought a victory .38 spl. I would say very good mehanical condition with some holster wear. Anyway, the serial number is: V 346829. Diamond grips, do not know yet if they match the revolver. He also got an older flower carved Hunter holster with it. Great price, $150. I saw the...
I ordered a .223 sizeing and depriming die from Lee last week. The die arrived and I opened the package. The paper work said .223 Ackley Improved with hand written "New" three times on the label. I am in the middle of reloading .223 and need a sizing and decapping die. Will this die work for...
I bought two of the M-7's that were imported without barrels for about $150 each. I replaced the 2 inch barrels, cerakoted them and they are great. Also did spring jobs on them and put .375 inch hammers on, which i tend to do on most of my revolvers. On one I put a set of big mtn man elk...
The 13 three inch has eluded me. I have a nice 13-3 four inch though. I do have 64 and 65 three inch revolvers that i think is the perfect balance for shooting.
