    CSX Manual Safety Question

    The left side of my 2 year old 1.0 CSX shows a rub mark, but no wear thru the finish. the right side is warn thru the finish. Doesn't matter to me. It is just a tool, to protect my life.

    Does your Shield Plus have a safety? I frequently missed the safety on my 1.0 Shield, so I stopped carrying it. The safety on the CSX is much easier to sweep off, in my experience.

    Took my CSX to the range.

    I got a CSX to replace my 380 Bodyguard I just clicked on the link, and it is for a 9mm CSX. I got a CSX to replace my 380 Bodyguard, that was becoming too pain full to shoot. I was surprised that people were saying you can pocket carry the CSX 3” barrel. I can't pocket carry my Shield...

    S&W CSX Holsters

    I have a DeSantis Nemesis Holster-Sig P230 232/Walther PPK for pocket carry, and a We the People iwb Kydex for appendix carry. My DeSantis Diehard ankle holster for my S&W 380 Bodyguard with laser, fits the CSX like it was made for it. They all work great.

    I got one new in 2015. It came from the factory with Crimson Trace grips. It was called a SW1911ct. It is a tack driver.

    Dallas P.D. (DPD) Marked Revolvers

    I am surprised that the letters are so uneven. You would think, if they stamped every one of their guns, they would have a stamp made, or a tray to hold all of the letters.

    I rented a CSX before purchasing one. I also took a pocket holster with me, to see how it drew. It was smoother than my Bodyguard. And the SA trigger was way better then the double action BG.

    CSX

    I have two also, with about 500 rds. The lowest price around here is $550 for just the gun and two mags. They are my edc, replacing a pair of 380 Bodyguards.

    CSX & XS Sights

    I put the DXT2 Big Dot Sights on my CSX about 3 months ago, and I love them. I find it is quicker to line up the big dot, then with the 3-dot sight. It still draws smoothly from my pocket.
