I agree they're great out of the box! I've carried a K9, P9 or PM9 since 1998, and have added a P380 to the stable. I would NEVER spend the money for what C&S charges... I'd spend the extra $$ on ammo, training, holsters. But buying the gun WITH the custom work for less than the new gun...

I've come across a carved Reyes marked holster and I'm trying to identify the markings to see if it fits a Ruger Single 6, or K frame. It's marked with the letters H, S and the number 4 on the back. I'm going to assume the 4 is the barrel length, but can anybody identify the letters?

I had a PC40 and really enjoyed it. For me the mags were an issue. Heard to find, not cheap for what it was, and max capacity is 11rds. The Henry is appealing for all the reasons already listed, plus I trust Henry's quality.
