I run something similar XS-Sight Systems SW-0024S-3 Big Dot Tritium Express Front Sight with S&W M&P Shield Very easy to find and see and align the front sight. You can't go wrong with either set IMO. Sent from my SM-N900T using Tapatalk

The shield .40 is my EDC. I have the modified slide plate with the racking tabs. The plate itself is pointless and will make your fingers bleed more then assist you in racking your slide. The tabs are to small to get a good grip. However, im in a wheelchair and need a good way to rack the slide...
