I love my 40 Shield, however I carry LEFT handed and I must remember to take off the safety every time I carry. I almost wish I could trade mine in for a Safetyless 40 Shield. This is my everyday carry weapon. I also have an M&P 45 (4.5") but it has an ambidextrous safety.
