Is this one of the new / current production guns? Are you sure it's a 586 L Comp and not a Model 19 carry comp? Model 19 almost the exact same only its 6 shot, not cut for moon clips, and is a slightly smaller K frame.

I was hoping some one might have had a secret place. I could get that color but it would be in a Hogue conversion grip. I don't know how well it would look on a 3" Model 19 Carry Comp.

Anybody have any recommendations or leads on a place that does a some what custom grip for a round butt K frame? All I want is a 3 finger combat style grip in a G10 material. The problem is the color I want VZ doesn't do. Altamont doesn't do custom individual orders. Hogue has the color but...

Got my first wheel gun yesterday so I don't really have any comparison, and I haven't fired it yet either. I ended up going with a Model 19 Carry Comp.
