M&P 9c need to aim high
Change in Point of Impact (POI) due to bullet weights will be in the neighborhood of 1" in 25 yards. Heavier bullets (like a 147 gr 9mm, will impact about an inch higher than a 125, and 2" higher than a 115. This has to do with velocity, not weight... but it is true. M&P insert mag, no round chambered
It's not a "problem". It's just the wear/fit between the slide release and the slide. 1) You have to slam the mag home for it to jump the release regularly. 2) It helps to have the mass of a fully loaded mag.
