cheap i did buy a lot of stuff at the flea market ,but mostly stuff i dont need yet, 45acp brass , 9mm brass , 44mag swc, magnum primers , 7.62 x 54r , 8mm ammo ,308 bullets all kinds of stuff i dont have but i couldnt pass up all for 80 bucks,45,70 krag , 30, 06 , all kinds of bullets...

primer pocket swager i have one on the way, a swager kit, also i think you guys are right i think during sizing the die expands the neck too much , the bullets i bought have no channelure and they should tightly seat by itself , maybe i have a defective die i will measure and see whats going on...

primer pocket thanks michigan scott for answering. my real problem is the military crimp that is left over after removing primer? is this what makes the primer pocket to small. does the swag tool cut the left over primer crimp away back to standard size? i have lee die set and i deprimed a mix...

thanks for input ill try tommorow , so what about the military primers after being pressed out you have to cut out left over ring? can i use a drilll bit or do i have to buy something else ? im used to roll crimping my pistol ammo as a last step and rifle dies from lee have a factory crimp...

anyone have a good bullet lube recipe of common item ingredients . im new to casting and i just bought a sizing die .i got a single cavity 150 gr round nose bullet mold at timonium gun show because it was 10 bucks it an older mold made by lee . ive made about 100 rounds so far and they came out...

its good to have both. digital is fast and accurate.i adjust my powder measure and check on my beam scale then my digital then pour back and cycle powder measure a couple times check again on my 44dollar bass pro bought digital scale then fill 100 cases and visually check all powder levels not...

it dosent say that opposite turn in die instructions , so the die itself is the crimp adjust and the screw on top is seating depth, now it makes sense

thanks ill try tommorow i didnt see a difference in flaring for the bullet or crimping i had flare die all the way in and no difference in pressing bullet and crimp all the way screwed in and no difference in case neck so ill try again . so should you see no more crimp grove on bullet...

so put empty shell in bullet seating die with screw all the way out then bring whole die down and tighten screw only and i can see neck of brass case start to roll in?

it says you can adjust the roll crimp i cant see any or adjustment it just seats bullet deeper when i try to adjust
