I completely agree with @Law-dog The laser grips have made me a better shooter. One trip to the range and seeing the laser bouncing around in between shots really helped me focus and dial in my followup shots. Plus in the evening with low light, the laser comes in handy. I know they are pricey...

Hi everyone. Long time lurker and first time posting! May I ask what benefits the 640 offers over a smaller lighter 442/642 jframe? I know the 640 has better sights and can shoot .357 but realistically it’s heavier and most will only carry and shoot with 38+P.
