    If the firearm is in the passenger portion of the vehicle on you or not it is a concealed weapon.

    I have had mine for 2yrs and shot over a 1k rounds. It's accurate and has never jamed or failed to fire, and you can't beat the warranty.

    It's a 2010 that doesn't appear to have many rounds put through it. So whoever had it must have put some money into it before I got it.
