I'm growing tired of the dialog over Ted Williams. Big deal! He has a nice voice and he's a recovering addict and alcholic. So folks are falling over themselves to give this guy a job and a chance at a better life. Wouldn't it be nice if we put fourth the same efforts on behalf of our returning...

Man, am I glad I ran across this thread....when I looked at and bought my 360, I never gave a thought to the front sight in a nice bright store; but when I went to the (indoor) range, I had an awful time seeing the front sight (old guy here)...I looked for a Trijicon style sight that would fit...

I see on some threads the reference to 3rd generation pistols (so I assume there would be a 2nd and 1st gen). Is there any way of telling what gen my .45 is by it's serial#? And does it really mean anything ?

Thanks, all...I feel a lot better about my purchase. I never figured it for a range gun, but will be taking it along every time I go...and as long as I have it with me......

Anybody have anything to say about this gun? I suppose it's a little like putting the cart ahead of the horse type thing (I already bought it), but would still like some input from folks with a lot more knowledge than I have, with regard to these J frames.
