Yeah its strange, never seen that happen either. Like I say I cleaned shortly before it happened. Must have gotten some oil or something got stuck in it. Not sure, I don't oil any of those parts, maybe a drip got in there. I found the take down tab, it looked fine. Spring didn't...
BTW, I don't think it was failure of the pistol, I cleaned prior to shooting, something happened when I cleaned, I got some oil on the spring and accidental move the spring.
The SD9 has been great for me so Far.
Had mine for over month now shot about 1500 rounds to break it in, cleaning every 150 to 250 rounds. No issues at all.
The trigger is just fine. It was a bit stiff at first but after 300 or so rounds the springs loosened. Trigger is smooth and breaks well. I'd say 7 to 8 Lbs, exactly...
Does any one know if the Sigma SW9 Barrel Spring (Take down bar) will work in a SD9VE
