Sportsman Outdoor Superstore sells new ones for $410 shipped online. Personally, I wouldn't pay more than $250 for a used one depending on condition. If it has extra mags maybe a little bit more.

The website says "NOT recommended for your with +p ammo". If that's the case I don't understand how the same spring can work for the .40 Shield if it can't handle 9mm +p.
I have 3 17 round magazines for a full size M&P9. Two are genuine S&W mags and the other one is a ProMag. All are used but have only made 1 or 2 trips to the range.

I second PJHolsters. I have one of his IWB for my CM9 and it's very low profile and very comfortable. The wait is killer though.
