I received my Sigma back from S&W in about three weeks. Finally had a chance today to go to the range and its working great. In fact, because of the service received from S&W, I purchased a 22A.

22A Questions I am also in the market for a 22A. I have a Sigma 40V and am extremely happy with it. The cost of 40 ammo, even at $14.97 at Walmart, is an issue. My questions: What is the difference in the 22A's, other than barrel length, finish, and cost? Thanks is advance.

I just got off the phone with S&W and they are sending me a label to send the gun in. They seemed to think the magazine springs needed changing, but weren't under warranty(a wear thing). There was another issue with deep scratches on the centering tang located on bottom rear of barrel...

I joined this forum about two weeks ago. I have a 1997 Sigma 40V, which has been in a drawer for the past 10 years. I have also renewed my TX CHL yesterday, which had expired. Thanks for the very helpful shooting and maintenance tips. Joe

I have a 1997 S&W 40V and have the same problem. It wasn't used since 1999, but probably 300 rounds through it then. It was cleaned before being stored. Both clips were full to capacity during that time. I recently decided to renew my TX CHL. It was, and still does, fail to chamber the...
