I do not believe AL has a duty to report. Their law on concealed carry is pretty permissive.

Same issue here. Sent it in and will get a replacement. No reason given for the issue, but he did confirm that the S&W shooters replicated my POI/POA findings, high and left with several loads. Will try and post the new groups when I get the replacement.
