Just looked at a 4" 28-2 today. Pristine, in box. Bangor Punta Blue. The box only had the original warranty and was glued, not stapled. It appears to be a police issue as a document in the box referrs to a cpl...from a local force that traded it in, in 2008. It is pinned but not recessed...
