    Which holster for a 4" 629?

    I am in the market for a holster for my 629 but I don't know what all is out there. I prefer one that rides high and has a thumb strap. Any suggestions? I would like to know the positives and negatives.

    Message To New or Potential Reloaders

    With me reloading turned the whole shooting thing around. Now when there are no more empty cases I say to myself 'darn, now I have to go shooting some' I am equally concerned with where the casing landed as to where the bullet hit.

    The -6 in a 629-6

    I was wondering what the -6 designates in the 629. I am sure it denotes an engineering change but can someone enlighten me as to what it is versus the others. Thanks.

    Hello from NC

    Hello all. I am a long time shooter but for some reason I have never owned a S&W until today. I got my hands on a 629-6. Finally got that .44 mag that I have always wanted.
