No white label on mine the numbers are written on the bottom of the box. I'm waiting to hear what the numbers means. As I'm betting it isn't the serail number.

Well sure enough there is a serial number on the bottom of the box, 9579 and below it is HELN. It isn't THE box for my gun.

I recently posted about the K 22 Outdoorsman I bought. It came with a box. That is it, the box, no tools. There is a paper inside the box. My question is what value do I put on the box for insurance purposes. What would I have to pay for one like this? Thanks, John

I neglected to say it is a 1935 production the guy had written down on the info on his display card. I also made a correction in my original post. I have been looking for one for the last 25 years, not 35 years.
