I got mine about a year ago, great pistol. I just found out Sunday that S&W stopped making these. To bad, I love mine. I picked up the M&P .22 sunday and now have all 3.:D The siblings The new addition to the S&W.22 family

I just paid $350 yesterday at a gun show. 2 others were $379 and $400. I got lucky.

I don't mean to bump this thread, but a question on Fl CCW..I am in Fl visiting my Mom 1 or 2 times a year. Is it possible to apply for non-resident CCW while in Fl and is it any faster?

Didn't read this post before today, but I couldn't agree more. I bought a 642-2CT yesterday and shot 50 rds today. With the CT grips this is a very nice feeling gun, Not as nice as my mod 10-5 but I can't conceal that one to easily.

I just purchased a 642-2CT. Great gun, I wanted a light carry gun and I trust wheels alittle more than a semi. Although I do own semi's.

The last time I shot it was back in about 1987, I think. A lack of place to shoot and being overseas didn't help. I think it is a 4" barrel as I really don't know where to measure from. My Father passed in '81' and my mother gave it to me in "83". It is still as accurate as the shooter...

After many years I finally shot my 10-5 again. I forgot how nice this gun shoots. My father bought it in Ca back in the mid 60's I am told, been in my hands since 1983. Now has approx 200 rds down the pipe. Must shoot again. :D:D

I have been using CLP starting long ago in all M16's I wa issued in the Army. Great stuff even back in the 70's. At the range today shot 500 plus rds without a FTF, OOB, or FTE. only 3 rds not fired. On the 15/22 pistol I had a few FTE. Might try changing the springs in it even though they...

I was having a few FTE's (that I really didn't like) so after reaserch here I got the JP yellow spring kit and adjusted the ejector (as per other post) went to the range shot approx 400 rds. No FTE's at all. I shot Federal bulk, some Gander Spitfires (Federal) and CCI minimags. Strange thing...
