i just spent 15min with a file and installed the HiViz fiber optic green sight on mine... looks amazing. haven't shot yet, but i imagine i won't be shooting as consistently low now, since it's a lower sight.

Hmmm...I think I will have to claim damage to my barrel of some sort...I think I saw on another thread that someone did that. I will do what I can...iwouldn't try to weasel them outta anything normally, but it broke the first day so i was kinda urked about that. Thanks for the heads up though!
I only had mine for 1 day and made it through about 400 rounds before i got OOB firing and the extractor blew! Called Smith today and my call tag is on the way. Can't wait to get it back and see what kind of magic they work. I am going to attempt to get my barrel switched out with the new type...
