OK, youse guys who keep track of such things......My S&W M&P, serial number 565232, 4 inch round butt, was shipped in a lot of 50, half round butt and half square butt, in March of 1929. Probably arrived in time for the stock market crash. Thanks to all for your kind assistance!! Wade

This "Model 35" looks amazingly like a K-22, and since it has a "K" prefix on the serial number, it could be, it might be.....
