    Panther Concealment (google it) makes a great holster for the shield in kydex. The craftmanship is excellent and the price is great too. They will work with you to customize it for your needs. Either IWB or OWB. Turnaround times are short as well. check em out!!!

    Should women be in combat?

    Only if they can keep up when the going gets tough. There are probably some (few) women who have the upper body strength needed to handle the rigors of being a grunt in combat. IMHO though, there are quite a number of 'semi-combat' type jobs that they can do other than front-line 'foxhole'...

    My wife's EDC shield 9mm in a Panther Concealment IWB holster from Panther Concealment at Handmade Holsters, Knife Sheaths | Jacksonville, FL Once she figured out that she couldn't 'ride' the slide on loading/reloading, there's been about 700 rounds downrange without any failures to function.

    Model 41 and CCI stnd velocity ammo

    My 1979 manufacture year 41 handles everything I've ever put thru it. I never discriminate, always buy whatevers on sale. From bulk rems to CCI mini-mags, SV to HV,never have had a FTF, FTE, or FTL. It's been a total joy to own since I bought it new in 1980.
