I installed a 507C holosun on my M&P 2.0 compact. Absolutely love it now. With my eyes I can put the red dot/circle easily on the target. It is my EDC and the RDS doesn't interfere with carrying at all.

Holosun 507C I put a HOLOSUN HS507C-X2 on my M&P 2.0 9mm compact. It was factory ready for the RDS as it has the tall iron sights. Can see the iron sights easily with the RDS mounted.

All good thoughts. It is a conceal carrier gun but also a range gun. I just want a better sight as the small front sight is hard to pick up. It is a FDE color so that makes it a bit tougher to find. What are thoughts on a dovetail mounting plate by EGW to mount Red Dot to then?

Asking if it is feasible to add the Red Dot to my gun. Or buy a new gun all ready set up to add the Red Dot. My slide is not milled for the Red Dot. Or buy a new slide all ready milled. Any thoughts and ideas.

my 4" has thumb safety. I have seen ones with no thumb safety and ones with thumb safety on various sites. Ones with thumb safety are fewer I think. Check GrabaGun, I got mine there in spring.

Just back from range for just the 2nd time since last spring. Wife has a S&W 22C that we put 200 rounds threw with only 2 FTE (weak wrist) using Federal bulk 40 GR LRH. The gun is a dream to fire and handle. Glad we bought it now that ammo costs are high.
