I will take one in blue. When you are ready to sell them send me an email and a check will be on the way.

I think it's a great idea and thank you for offering it!!!
Does anyone here have a model 24-6? I would be interested in what you think about the quality, fit and finish of this revolver. I am considering purchasing one but I would like to hear from some real life owners first.
Thanks,

I guess what I want to know is should I just go ahead and start shooting it or would it be best to sell it to a collector. I don't want to shoot a collectable gun in this condition if I would be better served finding a shooter and letting this one go.
Just picked up a new model 14-4, serial #83K7220, I was wondering if anyone would know the year of manufacture and if these guns have any collector value. This gun appears to be 100% and un-fired with no box.

You are correct there is a large S on the far side of the butt before the serial number. So to be correct, the serial number is actually S162930 and I have discovered I am in the wrong section, I should have asked this question in the 1945 to present forum, sorry for that. Thanks a lot for the...
I have an old 5 screw pre model 27 with an 8 3/8 barrel. It has the modern type hammer and sights. The serial number on this gun is 162930. Could anyone help with year of manufacture and approximate worth. The gun has 99% of the bright blue finish and is mechanically perfect. Thanks in advance...
