Excellent man! My first AR too (Sport) and I literally can't stop spending money on it. Magpul everything with a Troy lever. Got a few more things on the list and then it's optic time.

I like hearing people's opinions and suggestions when it comes to optics in general. That cheaper bushnell does look like a pretty good buy from Midway. I've read mixed reviews on it which isn't fully comforting but you do get what you pay for. EOTech would be nice but I'm probably not going to...

Thanks for the info ASTMedic, I'll most likely be going with the EOTech 512 so I don't believe I'll need a riser on my Sport with the standard front sight/mbus rear.

Did you guys go with the medium or high risers? Is there a big difference other than height of the two? I was thinking about a medium riser as the high one just looks.. too high.
