I own sd40ve. First thing i did was steel guide rod and apex trigger kit. Maybe just a personal thing but I didn't want to take the chance. The gun operates reliably day to day. I absolutely love that gun and would trust my life to it.

Recently acquired a Chinese sks. Deer hunting in indiana requirements are a bullet diameter larger than .243. The 7.62x39 after some research is .308. So I am assuming that is larger than the requirements. May be a dumb question but calibers or some ammunition is confusing. Any input would help.
