    New Year New Problem

    No issues with mine. Love it! Have only added a Nikon M-308 BDC scope. I am going to instal a Apex Handguard (2550 308 DPMS 9.18" Mid Length Apex GatorGrip Handguard). That way I can use the stock gas block and still have a full float.

    Thinking of buying an M&P 10

    The .308 is way too much for home defense. You would risk killing your neighbors. It's a great rifle, but use a shotgun, pistol or maybe an AR-15 for home defense.

    Doesn't appear to have. A friend of mine has done this before and he made it clear to use acetone free nail polish remover.

    Gave it a shot. Just used a little of my daughters huge collection of nail polish. I started by cleaning with denatured alcohol and then brushing on the color. Waited ten minutes and lightly wiped off with acetone free finger nail polish remover. I will clean up after it is completely dry. Here...

    Just got it Just got mine. Put some flip up sights (Magpul)on it and went out plinking. Have ordered the Nikon M-308, the Bushnell TRS red dot ( to mount at 11:00 o'clock). Haven't decided on the hand guard yet. I think I want the Troy TRX 13.8" Battle Rail. :)
