    Just checked. CS says they replaced the extractor. Should have it back next week. Will advise on outcome.

    I just sent mine back. 20 failures in 1000 rounds of various ammo.

    Same issue with mine I just sent my shield 9mm back. Was experiencing similar failures although not as frequently. Probably 20 failures in 1000 rounds. Still unsat for a carry weapon. Will advise on its return.
