    M&P compact .22?

M&P 22LR I have had my M&P 22LR for some time and find that it is well worth the cost to have and use at the range and in the field. I find that trigger pull is much lighter and the pistol does not have a well matched weight and feel as my full size M&P 9mm or my M&P 9mm Shield as the M&P 22LR...

    New M&P Shield 9mm !!!

I think that you have made a good choice and will enjoy it more with each time that you get out to.

    New Shield

I just purchase a M&P 9mm Shield today. This choice was made after a good bit of research and comparison. I am sure I am going to love it. It looks like I will have to get another 8 round Mag for it. I am now looking for a nice leather holster. Saw some dandy ones, on this forum a couple of...

Problem at the Range this morning.

Certainly not an expert, however if the resistance of the burner changed, (decrease) the burner would get hotter. (Voltage staying constant so with a decrease in resistance the current increase meaning a hotter burner.) My guess is that it is time to replace the element.

need a push on next M&P

I have both. I am happy with both. I enjoy the economy of shooting the 22LR. The feel and trigger pull of the 22LR seems the same as the 9mm.

Pistol and Rile Range in Gulf Breeze Florida.

For some time was concerned about finding a reasonably priced Pistol Range while staying in the Ft Walton Beach, Florida area. I did find one, Oak Ridge Gun Range, in Gulf Breeze. It is a great place to shoot. The range is indoor and very reasonably prices. Hope to see you all there.

    CCW holster while driving

I have tried several holsters, one with the Smith & Wesson M&P 9mm and the other with the Ruger LCP and found both very uncomfortable. What do you use while in the car and driving for either of these pistols?

    Out of State purchase

Yup, I did the search, didn't find my answer. I live in Minnesota, and am going to travel to Florida for a few months. I plan to take several of our pistols with us to practice with and/or use at the range. On our way to Florida I would like to visit a few of the gun shops that are on our way...

    Chambered or not?

I had asked a similar question on 11-09-13. There were many very good responses. With asking the question, I learned several good lessons. One lesson learned was from this forum. "Carry one in the Chamber". Another lesson, to be explained in the following, confirms that learned in the...

    M & P 9c

I own and shoot a M & P 9mm. Plan to use it as my EDC. I sure like the reviews that I have seen on the M & P 9c. Looks like either a good primary or secondary. Many ideal (FAB's) features, advantages and benefits with this pistol.

    One in the Chamber?

Yes, I am a new member. "I am in training". A fully loaded weapon contradicts all that I have been taught for over 65 years. What has had been said here, confirms what I have had to re-learn. Before I start to carry, I wish to be well educated and very skilled at handling and using my...
