    Model 639

    Picked up a nice Model 639 at last weekend's Tampa gun show. The only thing that I wasn't thrilled with was the adjustable rear sight and the square trigger guard. Cleaned and lubed it, replaced the recoil spring and took it to the range today. Shot 100 rounds flawlessly with very good accuracy...

    3914DAO to 3914 (decocker, DA, SA)

    I have a 3913 parts kit. Would I have everything needed to convert a 3914DAO to 3914 specs? Is the process as easy as I have read - I.E. change hammer and slide? Thanks, Larry
