While shooting last night the right side of the safety on my 5906 came off. Safety still functions but the right side is missing tab. Recovered the piece but not the pin that holds it in. If anyone knows what pin I need to buy and how to fix. Or can I just leave it as is and it'll still function...

I have straight grips on my 5906. Brownells or Midway should have them. They cost me about $20. Maybe you could buy them and see if you could trim/cut around the decocker to make them fit your 5926.
