Just chiming in. Had the same issue happen to me today. Bought the pistol last week, first range trip today. Happened w/ the 8rd mag after the 3rd reload. (See pic attached) Spoke to S&W customer service via chat on their webpage and they're sending me 4 new springs. Lets see how it goes...

Has anyone used the Caldwell Rock Jr rest? I was thinking about picking it up, but want to be sure that it'll adjust high enough to clear the 15-22 magazine... Product description says adjustment goes up to 7.25".. Unfortunately, I don't have my rifle here with me to measure!
