Good Sunday to all. Attempting to change my first hand guard ever and bought the ProMag PM123A. Went to put my upper in the block and it doesn't fit?! Any experienced help would be awesome. What system do you use for putting your upper in the vise? Best regards.

Is this the proper tool I am new to AR style rifles, does an AR-15 hand guard removal tool work? As in, are delta rings the same size? Does this work?
