It sure was Guy yes. I was a bit pee'd off at first but he straightened it up for me. Turns out the guy I was dealing with was new lol.

Update: I called today to find out if they had received it. They did and whilst the Sales Manager was on the phone with me he looked it over right there and was like "oh that's not right at all sir, you will In fact receive a FULL REFUND or, by the end of the week we have some M&P's coming in...

Thanks for the reply guys. I sent it back to the business I bought it from followed by an email stating that i want a full refund on the pistol. I'll see soon enough I hope if they will once the pistol arrives.
