about how many loads do you guys get from a 44 mag brass, say medium power loads?

what would be the average amount of reloads you guys get from a case using mid powered loads??

So basically if I am buying bullets , if they have lube grooves, lube them, if they dont have lube grooves then they are "swaged" and probably dry lubed?

Is there a difference between say a LSWC and a CLSWC? are they both "cast bullets"? Is there a difference with cast and hard cast? are they lubed the same? Thanks for the help

I am new to reloading, I bought a 44 mag 629 classic from a buddy, I got 500 rounds of 240grn cast LSWC that were lubed. Loaded and shot good. I have now bought a 500 box of LSWC, not hard cast, do I have to lube these bullets like the hard cast were? Also , does a guy need to lube jacketed...

I was wondering if anyone has load data on the 250g nosler hg partition bullets using alliant 2400, H110, or herco? (44 mag) Any starting loads would be a help(I have ordered a lyman reloading manual but it has been 3 weeks and still hasnt shown) Thanks guys.

I bought 500 , 240gr cast lswc from a friend, he doesnt know who cast them, I trimmed cases(44mag) to 1.275, loaded 18.5g 2400 and 19.5 grains 2400. I was concerned that the bullet was actually packing the powder in the case by the time it was seated to the cannalure with the 19.5 loads. Is this...

I never seen any lead after the bullet was pushed in, I did debur. It was deffinately a brass sliver , like the top .001" of the case was partially scheered off. also what if I have my case length between that 1.275-1.285 and my overall length at max-1.610 and my crimping groove does not line up...

ya i wear glasses, i thought possibly a piece of the jacket peeled off coming out of the barrel, and possible hit the window frame, I dont know though, do jacketed bullets ever break apart coming out of the barrel?we were shooting 25yards at targets on plywood frames,can you get riccochets off...
