They have been on gunbroker for most of the week. Going anywheres from 475 and up

We might be looking at two different sites. I was looking at gunbrocker.com. I found them under semi-auto pistols, Smith and Wesson, and then clicked on the model 4006. I just checked and they have eleven of them listed including a couple performance models.:eek:

I noticed a bunch of 4006 that have come up for sale on gunbroker and was kinda curious where they are coming from.

Model 1006 strong side owb. Does it get any "fuller"? Maybe a desert eagle would do it.:D

WOW! What a beauty! Lost out on one on GB just recently that had CT grips and a bunch of extra mags. It went for more than I could scrape up, but I'm still on the hunt for one of my own. Guess I will just have to be patient and keep my eyes peeled.

Thanks Line Rider, my buddy and I kinda came up with the same conclusion, really didn't notice any distinguishing marks, so I guess a call to S&W is in order. If nothing else this will at least give us an idea if it was factory or indeed "after market"
