    I am not a collector but recently acquired what I believe to be a NIB Model 39-2 in the original box, papers and warranty card. I really don't know the value as I am shotgunner who plays w/ handguns. I would take $1000.00 or consider a mint PC 627, 625 or 686 in trade. I don't post here often...

    Value of 2 1/2" pinned Nickel 19

    Cleaning out the last of my small S&W collection. It was easy to determine FMV on the PC guns. Lots of comparables. Not so w/ older guns. Gun is excellent but no box or papers. What is a fair asking price? Thanks Mark

    Proper PC 845/4506 Recoil Spring?

    Recently started shooting Wolf 230 gr. JRN because that is what I could get. When cleaning my gun I noticed I was still using the 7" light recoil spring. Gun functioned great but should I be using the stronger/longer recoil spring? Thanks Mark
