How "quick" is quick? I sent my NIB, never been shot Victory back to S&W almost a month ago. Called for an update and was told it was in the pistol shop, but no update. Customer Service guy said 6-8 weeks. All it needed was a new barrel take down screw.

Had to send my Victory back to S&W. There is no way I could break the cap screw free and I didn't want to round out the allen wrench slot. Anybody have any info on average turn-around times for S&W to return an firearm?
