Hello, I would appreciate some help dating a piece I am considering picking up. I live in a "restricted" (to say the least) state and need to know if I can buy it with the mags. If it is "pre-ban" they can come but if post they can't. The prefix on the SN is VJE which seems to be on the cusp...
