You cannot tell from looking what powder that is. To guess would be foolish. I never shoot someone elses reloads, period. Especially gun show reloads. Salvage the components and dump the powder. MD

I just purchased a well used but not abused 38/44 Heavy Duty. It is sporting a rather odd looking brown/grey patina but the mechanicals are tight and positive. I am looking for the DOB on this revolver, SN is S 95789. Thanks Mdaly
