I'm not shooting 9mm, I'm working with .40 cal with extra mass on the slide with the optic. Very happy with my current setup. 11 lbs. seems way low, but, I wish you all the best with it.

What It is; an EZ Slide Racker from Springer Precision. Why; for me, with the optic mounted on the slide I prefer racking the slide from the rear. It's the cat's nuts for me.

The factory weight is 16 lbs. in the 9/357/40. I have a 40L, I use an ISMI flat wire 17 lb. spring. But I changed out the captured factory kit, which is used in both the 4.25" and 5" models with a guide rod that only fits the 5".

Test Flight completed today at the range. 200 rounds down range, Blazer 180 grain FMJ, performance: flawless. Very impressed with the Apex Tactical trigger.

Just finished the latest round of work on my 40L. I have done a number of builds on 1911's, but this is my first go at Tactical Tupperware. The M&P is an interesting design, I'm enjoying it quite a bit. All function checks are passed and she is ready for test flight.
